Septic Inspections
S&S Pumping employees are DEQ-certified septic inspectors who can handle real estate sales and homeowner needs. Your septic inspection results will include a detailed spec sheet, a map and diagram of your septic inspection, and a summary of our findings and recommendations.
Current Title 124 state codes can be found on the Nebraska Department of Environment and Energy's website.
Design Flow
The design flow for your home is based on the number of bedrooms you have.
Tank Size
The size of your septic tank depends on your home's design flow. The more gallons per day (gpd) you use, the larger your tank should be. If your home has a garbage disposal or a large capacity tub, your tank will need to be even larger.
Setbacks
Your tank and laterals are required to have certain setbacks from other structures and property lines.
